Terms & Conditions – Miss Icon United Kingdom
By applying to and participating in Miss Icon United Kingdom, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These are designed to ensure the fairness, safety, and integrity of the competition. Please read them carefully.
1. Eligibility

Entrants must meet the age, category, and residency requirements as outlined in the current Miss Icon United Kingdom application guidelines.

Entry is open to individuals who identify as female and are legal residents of the United Kingdom.

Applicants must apply to the correct division (Miss or Teen) based on their age at the time of the competition.
2. Fees and Payments

All fees paid to Miss Icon United Kingdom, including but not limited to entry fees, administrative or participation fees, coaching sessions, optional services, and event tickets, are strictly non-refundable, regardless of circumstance.

This includes, but is not limited to, withdrawal, disqualification, illness, personal circumstances, or scheduling conflicts.

The administration participation fee for the pageant is £245.
3. Travel and Accommodation

Miss Icon United Kingdom is not responsible for arranging or covering any travel, accommodation, or related expenses for contestants or their guests.

Participants and, where applicable, their parents or guardians are solely responsible for all travel, accommodation, and overnight stay costs related to events, rehearsals, appearances, or photoshoots.
4. Conduct and Behaviour

All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, professional, and positive manner at all times.

Miss Icon United Kingdom operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bullying, harassment, discrimination, or any form of anti-social or disruptive behaviour, whether in person or online.

Any breach of this policy may result in immediate disqualification without refund.
5. Media and Publicity

By participating, you grant Miss Icon United Kingdom the right to use your name, image, photographs, video footage, and recorded content for promotional, marketing, publicity, and media purposes without additional consent or compensation.

Media content may be used across digital platforms, social media, print materials, and promotional campaignsnow and in the future.
6. Disqualification
Miss Icon United Kingdom reserves the right to disqualify any participant who:

Provides false or misleading information on their application

Fails to comply with these terms and conditions

Engages in inappropriate, disruptive, or unprofessional conduct
Disqualification may occur without any obligation to refund fees.
7. Liability

Miss Icon United Kingdom, its organisers, partners, and representatives shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal property incurred during participation.

Participants and, where applicable, parents or legal guardians acknowledge the inherent risks associated with travel, rehearsals, live events, and public appearances.
8. Amendments

Miss Icon United Kingdom reserves the right to amend or update these terms and conditions at any time.

Any changes will be communicated via the official Miss Icon United Kingdom website or by direct communication where appropriate.
9. Acceptance
By submitting an application and paying the relevant fees, you—and where applicable, your parent or legal guardian—confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all the terms and conditions outlined above.
