Refund Policy – Miss Icon United Kingdom

At Miss Icon United Kingdom, we are committed to delivering high-quality services, events, and coaching experiences. Please read this refund policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Non-Refundable Services

All purchases made through Miss Icon United Kingdom are strictly non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Coaching sessions

  • Event tickets

  • Administrative and participation fees

Due to the nature of these services—including limited availability, advance planning, and associated operational costs—we are unable to offer refunds under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, non-attendance, scheduling conflicts, withdrawal, illness, or change of mind.

2. Event Cancellations or Changes

In the rare event that an activity or event is cancelled by Miss Icon United Kingdom, we will communicate this directly with participants and, where possible, offer alternative arrangements, such as rescheduling.
Please note that refunds will not be issued, even in the case of event changes or cancellations.

3. Transferability

Tickets, coaching sessions, and services are non-transferable to another individual or event without prior written approval. Any such approval is granted solely at the discretion of Miss Icon United Kingdom.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you have any questions or concerns regarding a purchase, we encourage you to contact us and we will do our best to address your enquiry promptly and fairly. Please note, however, that our no-refund policy remains in effect.
